The story of Falhid, is much like the ever popular tale of 'Romeo and Juliet' by William Shakespeare. However, in Shakespeares tale, the familes use the death of their children to strengthen and unite them, in this story, the death tears them even further apart, bringing to their knees the two most powerful clans in Falhid.
----------------------------
The story of Falhid, is one of passion, romance, tragedy, war and the blindness that anger bestows upon people.

The Main Gods and Goddesses
Chava The most important of the gods and goddesses, she is the goddess of life. She created the world Janzis and everything within it.
Cailean The god of war and victory. He is favored by the men of Falhid because he is the highest god and grants clans and countries victories where he sees fit, and failures if he doesn't like them. He was the father of Centaur, and Alannah.
Bethiar The goddess of the horses. This makes her very important, for without horses Falhid would not have prospered or built such amazing castles, towns and villages. Nor would Falhid have had so much success at war without their knights and cavalry. Bethiar is the mother of Centaur.
Rowena The goddess of fertility. She judges who does and doesn't have children. She also decides on twins, triplets and quadruplets. Rowena can cause pregnancy and she can cause miscarriages.
Anant The god of death. He separates the souls of the once living and either takes them to live among the gods as immortals or leaves them on Janzis until their lessons have been learned. He is the son of Eira. Before Eira had Anant only immortal creatures roamed the earth and no one died.
Kai The god of weather. He presides over the weathering of the seasons. Often he lets the seasons deal with weather themselves but he is responsible for freak weather. Such as, hurricanes, blizzards, tidal waves and more.
The Gods and Goddesses of the Seasons
Udara The goddess of summer. She can either assist Wiellatun in the bringing of life to the land. Or she can burn the precious new shoots and cause droughts for the young of the animal world.
Ilan The god of Autumn. He is responsible for preparing the world for the coming of Eira and with her winter. He encourages trees to lie dormant while Eira covers the world in white.
Eira The goddess of all things winter. She is the conjurer or snow, and ice, and the cold winds that chill the land for the three months of the year that belong to her. Eira is the mother of Anant.
Wiellatun The god of spring. He is responsible for breathing life back into the land after Eira has finished with it. He ensures the success of good crops for a successful harvest and helps Rowena bring to life the forest shoots and animal children.
Minor Gods and Goddesses (Including the children of the higher divinities)
Fauna The goddess of animals. She looks over her children, and encourages evolution and the development of new species. She helped Centaur create the cantaurs, for without her help Centaur would no have been able to have children.
Tevon The god of growth. He is responsible for the rate in which plants grow and reach maturity. Tevon is a very popular god in the mainly elvish village, Bawliel, where they throw festivals in his honour.
Marella The goddess of the sea. The large body of water reflects her emotions. When she's angry the waves rear in rage and thrash the shore and any unfortunate boats. When she's happy the seas are calm with a good wind.
Centaur The child of Cailean and Bethiar. He was banished from heaven by Cailean for falling in love with Cailean's daughter and his own half sister Alannah. As a result he spawned the mythical creatures centaurs.
Alannah Cailean's daughter. Her mother is unknown. She is sometimes considered the daughter of war. Alannah has no major roll to play, she sometimes helps Rowena with fertility.
